In April of 2013, the Faculty of Education released its recruitment information  during the annual convention of American Education Research Association（AERA）. More than 20 resumes were received within a short period of time. The Search Committee of FOE made the initial screening of the candidates in June and in July, the eligible candidates were invited for interview. So far, four candidates were picked for further decision.
