In addition to teaching and scientific research, Yan actively participated in the organization and management team of the institute of educational technology, coordinating and assisting the College in publicity, foreign affairs, postgraduate interviews, student work and other aspects of the work. At the same time in the College bridge a number of cross-platforms, Yan involved in a number of researches and team service works.
2019
In the summer of 2019, Yan assisted the Dean in the INEI International Summer School Program commissioned by the Ministry of Education, organized lectures for foreign students from 10 countries, as well as various affairs in Beijing. At the same time, teachers from two other schools worked hard to apply for INEI's seed funding scheme and received one grant. To promote the influence of our school in the international community.
2019
Since November 2019, Yan has been taking up the vice-presidentof the newly established Institute of Science Education in our school, participated in the preparation of the Institute and the interaction of the faculty. Besides, Yan always promoting active communication between the faculty in our discipline and interdisciplinary fields.
2017
Since 2011, the joint organization of the National Digital Campus Academic Exchange for Primary and Secondary Schools, in 2017 is the seventh. For primary and secondary school teachers to provide information-based academic exchange opportunities, set up a platform for exchanges. Starting in 2018, United College teachers will conduct classroom seminars and exchanges on STEM education and teaching in primary schools throughout the country.
At present, 3 consecutive sessions, each session for the country's 400 teachers to provide free expert reports, classroom observation and other STEM exchanges and learning activities, STEM education in China has made a contribution to the promotion.
All time
Yan always invited to give presentations at conferences throughout the country, as well as a number of public service training. It plays a role in the promotion of STEM education and PBL teaching.
