Dr. Jian-Hong Ye is a lecturer in the Faculty of Education at Beijing Normal University and a distinguished expert at the National Institute of Vocational Education, Beijing Normal University. He also serves as an executive committee member of the Secondary Vocational Committee of the China Computer Federation (CCF) and as a visiting professor at several colleges. Dr. Ye earned his Ph.D. in Industrial Education from National Taiwan Normal University (NTNU). He has also worked as a postdoctoral researcher and research member of the Institute for Research Excellence in Learning Sciences and the Chinese Language and Technology Center at NTNU. Dr. Ye primarily teaches graduate-level courses such as quantitative research methods, vocational education informatization and digital learning, adult creativity development, and adult digital and online learning. At the undergraduate level, he teaches courses in education, vocational education curriculum, and instruction. His research expertise includes structural equation modeling, instructional experiments, and mixed-methods research. His research interests cover educational digital transformation, innovative curriculum and instructional design, vocational student development, student mental health and well-being, STEAM education, and contemporary and emerging issues in education. Dr. Ye has served as editor-in-chief of seven academic books and has published over 60 papers in SSCI and SCI journals, including two ESI highly cited papers. His work has been cited over 900 times on Scopus (ID: 57205154163) with an h-index of 17, and over 1,700 times on Google Scholar (h-index: 21; i10-index: 39). He also has extensive experience in academic editing, serving as associate editor, (young) editorial board member, and guest editor for numerous SSCI, SCI, and SCOPUS journals.
