Background
Both of UCL Institute of Education and Faculty of Education, Beijing Normal University are committed to pursue excellence in education research and related fields of professional practice. The past 20 years saw the partnership of these two institutions in intensive communication and productive cooperation.
The year of 2022 marks the 120th anniversary of both UCL Institute of Education and Beijing Normal University. Both institutes decided to have an online event to celebrate the anniversary and the long-standing friendship. The event would be to reflect the history of both institutes, to provide opportunities for colleagues to learn about each other’s research interests and develop more opportunities for future collaboration.
