Confronted with the outbreak of COVID-19 pandemic, the world is undergoing unprecedented uncertainties and challenges. Education, particularly international education, which is traditionally related with international mobility and exchange, is being reshaped and reimagined.
How should we collaboratively develop innovative talents globally for the sustainable development? What could China learn from the rest of the countries and how could China contribute to the world peace and development in education academically and professionally? Those issues are worth investigating and discussing.
Beijing Normal University (BNU) is celebrating its 120th anniversary this year. Accordingly, Faculty of Education (FOE), BNU, and Huiyan International College, FOE-BNU, are to co-organize “The 2nd Global Conference on International Education (GLOBE) ”to discuss those issues above on 9th July (Saturday) and 10th July (Sunday) in Beijing and online.
