On the morning of April 12, a delegation of Confucius Institute at San Francisco State University visited Beijing Normal University National Training Center for Primary School Principals, Ministry of Education, P.R. China. Deputy Director of the Training Center, Professor BAO Chuanyou received the delegation and gave a systematic introduction about the School Principals Program. Both sides exchanged views on some important issues, such as principals selection procedures, cultivation systems and evaluation systems, etc. Through the profound discussion and comparison, both sides had a better understanding of the differences and similarities of the above issues between the two cultures.
